Tingog Party List Rep. Jude Acidre calls for unity in choosing the right leaders for the upcoming elections

As the nation prepares for the upcoming elections in the coming months, Representative Jude Acidre during a recent visit to the  4th District (Pakil, Pagsanjan, and Sta. Cruz), the 2nd District (Bay, Los Baños), and the lone district of Calamba City held on February 24 and 25 is urging Filipinos to come together and make wise choices in electing leaders who are not only committed to their goals but also loyal to the country.

“We are about to face an election in the coming months, and I hope we can unite on one thing: to choose the right leaders. Leaders who will not only be faithful to their objectives but also to the nation. This is an important time, especially with the current political climate, where we have differing opinions and sometimes, different colors. However, I hope we don’t forget that, at the end of the day, we are one country,” said Rep. Acidre.

He emphasized the importance of unity and collective progress, saying that the development of the nation cannot be achieved by only one part advancing while the rest are left behind. “We can only succeed if we work together, hand in hand,” he stated.

Rep. Acidre also acknowledged the political noise and differences surrounding the upcoming elections, especially with the ongoing impeachment hearings and other political issues. However, he believes that these challenges can be overcome if the focus is placed on what is best for the country.

“As we approach the elections on May 12, I hope our fellow Filipinos will remember to choose leaders who will be true to the country and to their duties. This is a time for us to unite and prioritize what is best for the nation,” he concluded.

With the election season heating up, Rep. Acidre’s message of unity and choosing the right leaders resonates as a call to action for voters to make thoughtful decisions that will benefit the country as a whole.
