Representative Acidre expressed his happiness and pride over the growing recognition of the Tingog Party-list in Laguna during a recent visit to the 4th District (Pakil, Pagsanjan, and Sta. Cruz), the 2nd District (Bay, Los Baños), and the lone district of Calamba City held on February 24 and 25. Acidre shared his positive experiences after meeting with several mayors and candidates from the district earlier that morning.
“I’m very happy. This morning, I had the chance to meet with the mayors of the 4th District and other candidates from the district. Before coming here to Pagsanjan, I was in Pakil for their flag ceremony, and now I’m here in Pagsanjan. The reception has been warm and welcoming,” said Acidre.

Though he is not originally from Laguna, Acidre expressed his gratitude for the support the Tingog Party-list has received. “I’m not from Laguna, although we have relatives here, but it’s truly heartening to see that the Tingog Party-list has been embraced by the people. It’s a sign of growth that even the mayors now pronounce Tingog correctly,” he added.
He recalled the early days when some people had difficulty pronouncing the name “Tingog,” which is now easily recognized and respected in the province. “Now, the fact that they can pronounce it well means one thing—Tingog Party-list has become dear to the people of Laguna,” Acidre concluded.
This warm reception from local officials and citizens alike highlights the increasing impact of the Tingog Party-list as it continues to serve and connect with communities throughout the country.
Additionally, Acidre highlighted the support of their partner, Pakil Mayor Vince Soriano, who worked with local officials to establish help desks in each town within the 4th District of Laguna. Through these help desks, citizens have easier access to government services.

Instead, he pledged his unwavering support for the Tingog Party-list, emphasizing the exceptional service the party-list has provided to the people of the province.

Unlike other party-lists who simply visit our communities and engage with people during election time, Tingog Party-list has physical offices—something our constituents can visit at any time,” Soriano added.
Mayor Soriano specifically highlighted the five Tingog Centers established in the 4th District, noting that the district is fortunate to be the only congressional district in CALABARZON with this many centers. “We are lucky here in the 4th District to have five Tingog Centers. I think we are the only district in CALABARZON with that many,” Soriano proudly shared.
As a gesture of gratitude for the significant contributions of the Tingog Party-list to the district, Soriano volunteered to assist in ensuring that the party-list would secure a substantial number of votes in the upcoming elections. “As a way of showing our gratitude for the service they’ve done for our district, I’ve volunteered to help the party-list in securing as many votes as we can in our province,” Soriano said.
