Accompanied by her team, Magsino first visited Balite, Batangas, and later attended a meeting with “We Malvar,” a women’s organization in Malvar, Batangas. In every town they visited, Magsino took the time to engage with and listen to the needs of the families of OFW heroes, and the support from the community was clear.

As a result, the OFW Partylist is ranked in the top 15 according to the 2025 midterm elections survey, reflecting significant backing for the second term of the OFW Partylist under Magsino’s leadership.

In a media interview, Representative Magsino shared that their first term has been an overwhelming experience. She emphasized that their commitment to public service as the representative of overseas Filipino workers in the 19th Congress will continue into the upcoming 20th Congress.

Magsino outlined her plans for a stronger second term, focusing on a more effective reintegration program for OFWs returning home, helping them adapt to the local environment and empowering them to start businesses.

Another key initiative is streamlining immigration protocols to ease the process for OFWs working abroad.

Magsino is also committed to strengthening bilateral labor agreements with countries hosting large numbers of Filipino workers. She emphasized the need to address the challenges faced by OFWs abroad, vowing to push for safer working conditions for Filipinos overseas.

One of the latest issues being addressed by the OFW Partylist is the regulation of balikbayan box consolidators and deconsolidators. As the chairman of the technical working group handling this issue, Magsino emphasized the need for proper measures at NAIA Terminal 1 and NAIA Terminal 3. She proposed that these terminals provide a list of legitimate consolidators and deconsolidators to prevent scams involving balikbayan boxes being brought into the country.

Magsino urged Filipinos to vote for #83 on the ballot in the 2025 elections to ensure the continuation of their services, with the slogan “KAYO ANG BIDA SA OFW PARTYLIST” as a reminder of their commitment to the OFW sector.
