HPG 4A  Arrested three Most Wanted Persons in the Province of Rizal

Regional Highway Patrol Unit 4A under the supervision of Regional Chief RHPU4A, PCOL ROMMEL C ESTOLANO, successfully carried out simultaneous anti-carnapping operations that resulted in the arrest of three (3) Most Wanted Personalities; a)  LLOYD DACULA y DEGONES,  b) MARKBASIGSIG y REYES; and  c) JEAN CHRISTIAN FAUSTINO,  with WOA for Violation of New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016 (RA10883), (MWP, Provincial Level, Rizal PPO)

Joint Elements of Police Highway Patrol Team RIZAL together with Taytay Municipal Police Warrant Section,  conducted operation against MWP that supported by Philippine Anti Organize Crime Commission (PAOCC), which resulted in the arrest of JEAN CHRISTIAN FAUSTINO, 27 years old, single, collection specialist last Feb.21 Verde Oro East Plaza Manila East Road Brgy San Juan Taytay, Rizal.

On same date at Zuri Subd Cabrera Road Brgy Dolores Taytay, Rizal, another two  Most Wanted Personalities were arrested . LLOYD DACULA y DEGONES, 39 years old, married, Repossessor/Collection Specialist and MARK BASIGSIG y REYES, 23 years old, Married Field Officer.

The above name was arrested by Warrant of Arrest for the crime of RA 10883 CARNAPPING docketed under Criminal Case Number 24-118-MAL issued on February 20, 2024 by HON ROSARTO GOMEZ INEZ PINZON, Presiding Judge RTC Branch 290 Malabon City with bail recommended PHP 300,000.00.

The accused was informed of the cause of his arrest and his constitutional rights (Miranda doctrine) and anti-torture law. Further, the accused is presently under the custody of PHPT RIZAL after which turned over to Taytay MPS Lock up jail. The warrant of arrest was being prepared by the PHPT RIZAL office for the return to the court of origin.

 The outstanding accomplishment of RHPU4A is the result of intensified Anti-Carnapping Operations of the Highway Patrol Group under the Leadership of PBGEN ALAN M NAZARRO, In line with the CPNP’s Aggressive and Honest Law Enforcement operations against carnapping, highway robbery, and other forms of criminality along the highway.
