Construction giant EEI Corporation has officially inaugurated its new EEI Training Academy, a nearly three-hectare state-of-the-art facility located in Tanza, Cavite.
The milestone was marked by the awarding of a Certificate of TVET Program Registration, formally recognizing the Academy as a TESDA-Accredited Training and Assessment Center.
The EEI Training Academy is a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of the company’s Filipino workforce while supporting broader capacity-building programs. The facility can accommodate up to 500 participants and offers comprehensive training programs designed for both craft workers and professional staff in various construction-related disciplines.
“The Academy reflects our vision to not only attract the best talent, but also to nurture and retain them,” said EEI Training Academy President Jesus Teodoro C. Reyes. “While we are known for building physical foundations, we are equally committed to establishing a strong foundation for our human capital.”
Through the Academy, EEI aims to strengthen its ability to deliver projects efficiently and sustainably amid the rapidly evolving demands of the construction industry.
