CARD MRI has launched CARD eSystem NextGen, a centralized digital platform designed to improve client data management, speed up transactions, and strengthen monitoring and reporting processes.

To address the growing demand for faster and more efficient client services, CARD, Inc. transitioned to a centralized digital system through eSystem NextGen and its Alternative Delivery Channels.

The CARD eSystem NextGen integrates client information, savings, loans, and insurance records into a single platform. Transactions such as payments, client registration, and report generation can now be processed in real time, resulting in faster and more accurate operations.

The platform directly links area offices to a centralized system integrated with the organization’s computerized accounting system, enabling more efficient financial and accounting reporting. The system is powered by CARD MRI Information Technology, Inc. (CMIT), CARD MRI’s technology arm.

According to Vicente P. Briones Jr., CARD, Inc. Executive Director, the initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experience.

“We want to prioritize the convenience of our clients by assuring the efficiency of our operations, and one way to do this is by shortening loan processing time and ensuring accurate transaction records,” he said.

The transition also marks CARD, Inc.’s shift from its previous manual system, where data was stored separately across area offices and reports were not immediately accessible. This setup sometimes resulted in limited integration and coordination. With the new digital platform, processes are automated, helping reduce errors and operational risks.

At the core of the system are several alternative delivery channels that support operations across different users.

For operations staff, mobile applications have been introduced to streamline field processes. These include the NextGen Mobile App for real-time collections and attendance tracking, GabayKONEK for end-to-end loan processing, and the Member’s Onboarding App for faster client registration.

Meanwhile, clients can access their accounts directly through the myCARD, Inc. app, which allows them to check balances, monitor transactions, view loan details, and apply for loans anytime. The application is available on the Google Play Store.

For administrators and management, the Data Platform dashboard provides real-time monitoring of operational and financial performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.

CARD MRI Founder and Chair Emeritus Jaime Aristotle B. Alip described the initiative as part of CARD MRI’s continuing push for financial inclusion.

“We consider this new system as an important step in going digital while making financial services more accessible. NextGen eSystem is specially built for our clients,” he said.

The system has already been fully implemented across CARD, Inc. areas in the Luzon and Visayas clusters, while expansion to other regions is currently underway.
