The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is strengthening the operational readiness and firearms proficiency of its personnel through a new partnership with Roligon Sports Shooting Range Corporation.
NBI Director Atty. Melvin A. Matibag led the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the NBI and Roligon Sports Shooting Range Corporation on August 4, 2026, at the NBI Headquarters in Manila.
Representing Roligon Sports Shooting Range Corporation during the signing were Chief Operating Officer Michael Ron Ligon and Managing Director Jingky Dela Cruz Olisco.
Under the agreement, NBI personnel will have access to a dedicated venue for firearms training, marksmanship proficiency, and operational shooting exercises.
The partnership is aimed at further developing the skills, discipline, and operational preparedness of NBI personnel, ensuring that investigators are adequately trained and mission-ready in carrying out their duties.
The NBI emphasized that strategic partnerships such as this play an important role in enhancing the Bureau’s operational capabilities while promoting professionalism, discipline, and excellence in law enforcement service.
Director Matibag continues to advance initiatives focused on strengthening the skills and readiness of NBI personnel as the Bureau carries out its mandate to serve and protect the public.
