Joe’s Big Plate All-American Bistro opens at Ayala Alabang

Diners looking for a new and great place to wine, dine and satisfy their ‘All-American’ food cravings may check this newly opened dining option in Molito Lifestyle Center at Ayala Alabang – Joe’s Big Plate All-American Bistro.

It is located at Unit 1 of Building 3, Molito Lifestyle Center, a popular life-style destination for families, groups to gather, relax, eat, drink, unwind and make memories.

Open Mondays to Sundays, from 10:00AM to 10:00PM, Joe’s offers “big time” as all servings are – as their name suggests, is served on big plates/glasses. As their opening promo, dining guests (minimum of 2pax to avail) will get bottomless iced tea or lemonade when you visit and order until December 15. Food delivery is not yet available, but you can visit and take-out orders

Joe’s Big Plate is operated by ARC Bistro and Marketing, Inc. – a group of well-experienced restaurant and hotel management specialists.

Jonalyn Agrazada, ARC’s Managing Director, said that this newly-opened American bistro is a place where people could dine and go, offering a wide-array of food options – whether for a quick bite or snack, hearty sandwiches or bulky meals, mouth-watering desserts, refreshing drinks, beers and cocktails, Joe’s Big Plate is sure and ready to satisfy all day diners to nighttime bar goers’ All-American needs and preferences.

“With a long list of restaurants, hotels and resorts on ARC’s portfolio, this new restaurant concept is to cater to the demand of dining guests looking for some comfort food that is served fresh & fast and of high quality yet reasonably priced in Ayala Alabang,” Agrazada added.

For his part, ARC’s Managing Partner, Kiel Cabusao, who handles the operations side of the business, said that they chose the American concept because “it’s everybody’s to-go-to food and never gets outdated.”
