Highway Patrol arrested number 5 most wanted person in Rizal province 

Taytay Rizal -The Provincial Highway Patrol Team (PHPT) RIZAL and Taytay Municipal Police Station Warrant Section arrested no.5 most wanted in the province last January 2 at Manila East Road Tower Hills Subd. Brgy. Dolores Taytay, Rizal,

John Carlo Lualhati, 31 years old, was arrested by virtue of Warrant Arrest for the crime of RA 10883 CARNAPPING, issued on January 2, 2022, by Hon. Marie Lynn J. Laborte-Andal, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 139 Antipolo City, with recommended bail of PHP 300,000.00.

The implementation of the arrest warrant is led by Police Captain Rizalito S. Ramos under the supervision of Police Major Dante R. Aquino.

Lualhati was informed about the cause of his arrest and his constitutional rights (miranda doctrine) and anti-torture law. Further, the accused is presently under the custody of PHPT RIZAL and, the arrested person will be turned over to Taytay MPS custodial facilities for proper disposition , while the warrant of arrest is being prepared by PHPT RIZAL for the return to the court of origin.

Nazarro said that the outstanding accomplishment of RHPU4A is the result of intensified Anti-Carnapping Operations of the Highway Patrol, In line with the CPNP’s Aggressive and Honest Law Enforcement operations against carnapping, highway robbery, and other forms of criminality along the highway.
