In a meaningful move to empower its citizens and create sustainable livelihood opportunities, the City Government of Cabuyao officially formalized its partnership with various TESDA-accredited training providers through a ceremonial signing held earlier today.
The initiative aims to provide free skills training programs for Cabuyeños—particularly targeting youth, jobseekers, and aspiring entrepreneurs. This collaborative effort is expected to enhance the employability of residents and equip them with the necessary skills to succeed in various industries or start their own businesses.

Mayor Dennis Hain, who led the event, emphasized the administration’s commitment to inclusive growth and long-term development.
“Sa Bagong Cabuyao, hindi lang tayo nagbibigay ng tulong—binibigyan natin ng kakayahan ang bawat isa na umasenso,” the mayor said. “This partnership is a crucial step toward building a more skilled, self-reliant, and prosperous community.”
TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) representatives and partner training institutions expressed their full support for the city’s vision, highlighting the importance of localized and accessible education and training.
The partnership aligns with the city’s broader development agenda, which focuses on education, employment, and entrepreneurship as pillars of progress.
