Mayor Dennis “DENHA” Hain announced that starting this year, graduates of the Pamantasan ng Cabuyao (PNC) taking board exams will no longer have to pay for review fees, providing financial support and assistance to local students.
The announcement came on Monday during the flag-raising ceremony at PNC, attended by city officials, following the good news for college graduates.

The program will initially cover nursing graduates, in partnership with a review provider. The review sessions will be held at PNC, while the city government will fund all necessary resources and expenses.
The initiative is supported by the City Council and is made possible through the city’s strengthened collection efforts from taxpayers—benefits that will first reach the future leaders and professionals of Cabuyao.
Mayor Hain also expressed gratitude to the PNC administration for its continued support of city programs throughout 2025.
📌 The program is expected to expand to other courses in the future, and city officials are also exploring the possibility of extending the initiative to private schools.
